When we first meet a potential client, it is paramount that we listen and learn all we can about your business. How your business operates, the goals you have that the construction improvements are going to help reach. It is our business to get to know the needs and desires of your business and what you want to accomplish. From the small tenant build-out in a strip center to a ground up three story building, its what we learn from each other in the beginning that helps us plan for a successful project. Once a general outline of the project scope is developed, we often collaborate with architects and civil engineers if needed to develop drawings. Prior to any work beginning, we create a cost estimate of the proposed work. We also strive to find cost savings by suggesting value engineering suggestions such as alternate materials or manufacturers. We take pride in using trusted subcontractors that live and work on our local area and are often the customers of our clients.
