This project was the complete transformation of the former Pal’s Package store building into a new and redesigned storefront for Scott Bryant State Farm Insurance. A parapet wall was added along with stone accents to the columns. The space was divided inside and office space was provided for the insurance business and the remainder was left for a speculative tenant. Subsequently a tenant sought to rent the space and a loading dock was added in the rear.
