This project was a design/build renovation of an existing 8000 square foot strip center built in 2000. The challenge was to take a red brick strip center with a green hip roof and transform it into a dermatology office for Clarksville native Dr. Neelam Patel.
The entire interior was removed, and a plan was devised for an ideal patient flow for both cosmetic & dermatology patients. A new parapet and Porte cochere were designed for the front and a brick/stone façade and new color palate. All mechanical, plumbing, & electrical systems were replaced. The facility with all new finishes was designed with 12 examination rooms and two specialty rooms for procedures. There are ample patient consultation rooms and a state-of-the-art laboratory. We are proud of our relationship with the Patel family as well as Neelam’s new facility!
