This 26,000 square foot 3 story office building is constructed on a cast in place concrete 6000 square foot lower level. The building is constructed with structural steel and bar joists with a masonry veneer. One of the interesting features of the building is the curved formed steel awnings that adorn the front of the building. While building the building, Comperry Construction completed a 10,000 square foot Clinic on the 3rd floor for Centennial Pediatrics, a 6000 urology clinic on the lower level for Dr. Tim Duffin, as well as a 3000 square foot drugstore for St. Bethlehem Drugs. The building features a hospital size car 3 stop elevator as well as two drive through canopies. Comperry Construction coordinated all of the site work and exterior lighting for the project.
